The soldiers of the Golani Brigade recently captured a Hezbollah combat compound located in a house and adjacent olive grove in Maround El Ras, a village in southern Lebanon, the IDF spokesperson stated on Tuesday. The compound, which posed a direct threat to yishuvim in northern Israel it overlooked, was discovered during the Brigade’s targeted operations in the Maround El Ras Area. Soldiers found a fully loaded rocket launcher ready to fire at northern Israel in the olive grove, along with underground infrastructure, including hideouts and living areas. Additional rocket launchers were found inside the kitchen of the home. Other parts of the home housed anti-tank missiles and a large cache of weapons prepared for planned ambushes against IDF forces and residents of northern Israel.

In a Rosh Hashanah neis, a sniper from Hamas in Beit Hanoun, Gaza, attempted to kill a soldier from the IDF’s Netzach Yehuda battalion, but miraculously failed. The bullet missed the soldier by a hair. Upon hearing the sound of the sniper’s shot and the bullet whizzing by him, the soldier and his comrades took cover, avoiding injury. Hamas released a falsified video, claiming that the IDF soldier was killed in the attack. However, the soldier was unharmed, and the IDF has debunked the terrorist propaganda. The Netzah Yehuda battalion, a unit consisting of chareidi soldiers, has been operating in the northern Gaza Strip for nearly a year, achieving major successes.

In his first one-on-one interview since the Democratic National Convention, Minnesota Governor and vice-presidential hopeful Tim Walz faced tough questions from Fox News anchor Shannon Bream regarding several past lies. During a segment on Fox News Sunday, Bream pressed Walz on a number of inconsistencies, including what many considered his most awkward moment during last Tuesday’s vice-presidential debate — his inaccurate claim about being in Hong Kong during the Tiananmen Square protests in 1989. During the debate, Walz referred to himself as “a knucklehead” after being asked if he was present in Hong Kong during the protests, an admission he later walked back after CNN reported that his travels to Asia did not occur until later that year.

Following Tuesday night’s missile barrage from Iran, Israeli officials initially downplayed the effectiveness of the attack, with the IDF claiming that their defenses had largely held. The IDF confirmed that over 180 missiles were launched, and U.S. National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan echoed these reports, calling the attack “ineffective.” However, new satellite imagery and social media footage suggest that the strikes may have been more successful than initially admitted. The footage, analyzed by experts, reveals that several missiles hit the Nevatim airbase in the Negev desert, causing secondary explosions. While Israel’s advanced Iron Dome and Arrow defense systems intercepted many of the missiles, at least 32 direct hits were identified at the airbase.

Thousands of pro-Hamas protesters have gathered in New York City on Monday amid events commemorating the victims killed in the horrific Oct. 7 Hamas terror attacks in Israel last year. Hundreds of protesters showed up near the New York Stock Exchange on Wall Street around 1 p.m. Another protest was held at City Hall around 2:30 p.m. Additional protests are expected at Washington Square Park, Union Square, Grand Central, Times Square, and Columbus Circle. Here is a taste of what is going on at the Union Square protest, led by Hamas terrorists: (VIDEOS VIA @ScooterCasterNY) Thousands of Hamas supporters gather in Union Square to “praise Allah for the October 7 massacre success, and pray for the loss of 40,000 martyrs” (mostly terrorists).

The soldiers of the 91st Division,  the “Galil” Division, joined the ground war in southern Lebanon on Sunday night, the IDF announced on Monday The 91st Division, which in the past oversaw the entire northern border, is comprised of four reserve brigades, there of which, the Alexandroni, the “Zakein,” and the Northern Nachal, entered Lebanon. The Chiram brigade is continuing defensive operations. “After nearly a year of battle in the north and the Gaza Strip, the reserve soldiers were called up again over the past two weeks for training,” the IDF spokesperson said. “Since the start of the war, the Galil Division has engaged in numerous offensive and defensive operations against Hezbollah and its infrastructure in southern Lebanon, from the air and the ground.

The Israeli Air Force (IAF) conducted a large-scale aerial operation on Monday, striking more than 120 Hezbollah terror targets in southern Lebanon within an hour. The operation, carried out with the involvement of over 100 fighter jets, was based on precise IDF intelligence and targeted various units within the Hezbollah terrorist organization. The strikes hit key elements of Hezbollah’s infrastructure, including regional units of the Southern Front, the Radwan Forces, the Missiles and Rockets Force, and the Intelligence Directorate. These attacks are part of ongoing efforts to degrade Hezbollah’s command, control, and firing capabilities, while also providing support to ground forces in the region.

In a 60 Minutes interview with CBS’ Bill Whitaker, Vice President Kamala Harris skirted direct questions about Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, including whether she considers him a “close ally” of the U.S. The interview, airing Monday, was previewed on Face the Nation on Sunday, where Harris was repeatedly pressed on Netanyahu’s resistance to U.S. calls for de-escalation in the ongoing conflict. During the interview, Whitaker pointed out Netanyahu’s defiance of the Biden-Harris administration’s efforts to push for a ceasefire, adding that despite billions of dollars in U.S. military aid, Netanyahu “seems to be charting his own course.” He referenced Netanyahu’s decision to enter Lebanon despite U.S.

New footage of the Iranian attack on Israel on October 1 as seen from Jordan was published online last week. A Jordanian photographer set up a camera that captured the skies over Jordan during the Iranian attack. The missiles can be seen making their way to Israel in two separate waves, with the first wave being heavier. There are also several interceptions recorded in the skies over Jordan. Arab media reported that according to local sources in Jordan, multiple injuries were reported after the Jordanian government allowed US forces to intercept Iranian missiles heading toward Israel, which were intercepted over civilian areas in several regions of Jordan.

In a mind-boggling display of hyperbole, George Conway managed to reach new heights of absurdity on Friday night, equating former President Donald Trump’s political tactics to those of Adolf Hitler. This eyebrow-raising comparison came during an interview with MSNBC’s Alex Wagner, where Conway seriously compared Trump’s visits to hurricane-ravaged Georgia and North Carolina to Hitler’s use of propaganda. Because, apparently, helping victims of a natural disaster is now the same as starting World War II and committing the Holocaust. Conway, clearly lacking any sense of proportion, dredged up the old Nazi propaganda term große Lüge—the “big lie”—and claimed Trump was using the same technique outlined in Mein Kampf. That’s right, a former U.S.
