Israel Prison Authority (IPA) officials report that during the weekend, they foiled efforts to smuggle eleven cellphones into Ofer Prison, referring to efforts to smuggle phones to imprisoned terrorists. Two prisoners, with one affiliated with the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) and the second, Fatah, worked to bring in the phones.
