A 19-year-old male was the victim of a hit and run on Highway 1, the Jerusalem-Tel Aviv Highway, on Wednesday morning, July 17, 2019. As seen in the accompanying video, the victim moved out onto the road for a few seconds and he was struck by a passing vehicle.
