The internal security division of the Hamas terrorist group claimed it had discovered Israeli spy devices that had been hidden inside a camp for displaced people in southern Gaza.
An official from the group’s internal security force, called “Al-Hares” (The Guardian), alleged that Israeli intelligence agents camouflaged the surveillance equipment to make it appear like ordinary items commonly found in the area.
A photo released alongside the announcement showed a surveillance device made to look like a large rock. According to the officer, Israeli intelligence likely used drones to deploy the equipment into the area.
The internal security apparatus urged residents of Gaza to be on high alert for any strange objects near their tents and homes, advising them to immediately report anything that appears suspicious.
