In a new poll released Wednesday evening by Channel 12 News, Likud continues to gain strength, primarily at the expense of Shas, while Gantz’s Blue and White party fails to pass the electoral threshold. The survey also shows Naftali Bennett losing ground to Gadi Eizenkot. The current Netanyahu-led coalition would earn only 49 seats—far from a governing majority.
The poll paints a complex political picture with shifting dynamics between the right and center blocs, though no definitive winner emerges. Gadi Eizenkot appears to be a potential game-changer, with his possible alliances affecting the overall balance—yet still falling short of delivering a clear victory to either side.
If Eizenkot runs independently, the projected seat distribution is as follows:

  • Likud, led by Binyamin Netanyahu, tops the list with 27 seats.
  • Bennett follows with 19 seats.
  • The Democrats, under Yair Golan, secure 12 seats.
  • Eizenkot’s new party would take 11 seats.

Other results in this scenario show:

  • Avigdor Lieberman’s Yisrael Beytenu with 10 seats.
  • Yesh Atid receiving 9 seats.
  • Shas, headed by Aryeh Deri, drops to 8 seats.
  • United Torah Judaism, led by Yitzchok Goldknopf, holds 7 seats.
  • Itamar Ben Gvir’s Otzma Yehudit earns 6 seats.
  • Both Hadash-Ta’al and the United Arab List (Ra’am), headed by Mansour Abbas, win 5 seats each.

Three parties—Religious Zionism (2.9%), Gantz’s Blue and White (2.6%), and Balad (1.7%)—fail to meet the electoral threshold in all three scenarios tested in the poll.
Overall, the current coalition, made up of Netanyahu’s right-wing and religious allies, would secure just 49 seats—well below the 61 required for a majority—pointing to an increasingly fragmented and uncertain political landscape.
