According to the report, until early May, the demand that Syria exclude foreign fighters from security forces was a main point of contention with the US and other Western countries. However, following Trump’s trip to the Middle East last month, the White House’s approach to Syria changed sharply.

Far-right lawmaker Geert Wilders pulled his party out of the ruling four-party Dutch coalition Tuesday in dispute over a crackdown on migration, sparking a political crisis and possibly the end of the 11-month-old government of Prime Minister Dick Schoof. Three IDF soldiers were killed and two soldiers were moderately wounded in battle in northern Gaza on Monday evening, the IDF announced early Tuesday morning. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is investigating a “targeted terror attack” Sunday afternoon near Pearl Street Mall in Boulder, Colorado. At about 4:30 p.m., the Boulder Police Department said it was responding to a report of an attack near the mall with reports of several victims. “We are aware of and fully investigating a targeted terror attack in Boulder, Colorado,” FBI Director Kash Patel wrote in a statement on X.
