Defense Minister Yisrael Katz ordered the IDF to screen harrowing footage of the October 7 massacre to the passengers of the Madleen “flotilla, which was seized en route to the Gaza Strip early Monday morning. The 43-minute “Bearing Witness” atrocity film shows footage of unspeakable atrocities, including massacres, beheadings, and mutilation of bodies. Much of the grotesque footage came from the bodycams and dachcams of the terrorists, who proudly and gleefully filmed themselves committing murder and torture. “I commend the IDF for the swift and secure takeover of the Madleen flotilla, preventing it from breaking the blockade and reaching Gaza’s shores,” Katz said.

In the early hours of Monday, Israeli naval forces from the elite Shayetet 13 unit boarded and took control of the vessel “Madleen,” a boat operated by pro-Palestinian activists attempting to challenge Israel’s maritime blockade of Gaza. The interception occurred without any physical resistance, and all those on board were detained peacefully. The vessel is currently being escorted to Ashdod.
