The Israeli Air Force has destroyed 70 Iranian air defense batteries since the start of the IDF’s operation in Iran, according to the military. In the first 24 hours of the operation early Friday, over 40 Iranian air defense systems were struck, according to the IDF, giving the IAF air supremacy over western Iran and Tehran. Since then, another 30 systems have been targeted in waves of strikes, opening up a path for IAF fighter jets and drones to operate deeper within Iran, the military says.

The IRGC has released footage showing the launch of ballistic missiles aimed at Israel.

Concerns are growing among Western leaders that Iran could deploy a radioactive “dirty bomb” in its confrontation with Israel, a move that might trigger direct U.S. military involvement, according to the chief foreign affairs commentator at the Financial Times.
Israel launched a sweeping aerial assault on Iranian territory early Friday, targeting senior military personnel and key sites tied to Iran’s missile and nuclear infrastructure. Israeli officials described the campaign as merely a first step, raising fears of a broader regional war between the longtime foes.
Since the initial strikes, Israel and Iran have continued to trade aerial attacks.

Amid growing alarm over Iran’s missile attacks, hundreds of Americans participating in Birthright trips to Israel were evacuated by sea, setting sail on a cruise ship bound for Cyprus.
The Israeli Navy accompanied the vessel, which carried 1,500 passengers, during its 10-hour journey on Tuesday to ensure their safety along the route.
To complete the evacuation effort, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis arranged for four planes to retrieve the travelers in Cyprus and bring them to Tampa, allowing the Americans to continue their journey back to the United States.
According to the nonprofit organization Birthright Israel, there are approximately 2,800 participants currently on trips in Israel—most of whom are young Americans.

HATER DESPERASTE FOR ATTENTION: NYC Comptroller and failing Mayoral candidate Brad Lander was arrested at immigration court just now. YWN notes that Lander is a raging self-hating Jew. Lander has backed harsh critics of Israel who have voiced support for the BDS movement, including Reps. Jamaal Bowman and Rashida Tlaib, pro-Hamas “activist” Linda Sarsour, and Shahana Hanif, who replaced him on the New York City Council. He hates police, is pro LGBTQ, and despises Yeshiva education.

Retail sales fell sharply in May as consumers pulled back after a sharp increase in spending in March to get ahead of President Donald Trump’s sweeping tariffs on nearly all imports. Sales at retail stores and restaurants dropped 0.9% in May, the Commerce Department said Tuesday, after a decline of 0.1% in April. The figure was pulled down by a steep drop in auto sales, after Americans ramped up their car-buying in March to get ahead of Trump’s 25% duty on imported cars and car parts. Excluding autos, sales fell 0.3%. The sales drop comes after sharp declines in consumer confidence this year. Still, inflation has cooled steadily and unemployment remains low, which could fuel steady spending in the coming months, as the economy has remained mostly solid.

The past few days in Israel have been nothing short of devastating. A barrage of hypersonic missiles, explosive-laden drones, and relentless rocket fire launched by Iran and its proxies has rained down on cities across the country, leaving destruction, trauma, and heartbreak in its wake.

UPDATE ON LAST MISSILE ATTACK: According to preliminary assessments by the IDF, a limited number of missiles (less than 5) were launched from Iran during the assault. Magen David Adom has reported no injuries or impacts in urban areas.

President Donald Trump said Tuesday that Iran no longer has control of its airspace. “Iran had good sky trackers and other defensive equipment, and plenty of it, but it doesn’t compare to American made, conceived, and manufactured ‘stuff,’” Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social. “Nobody does it better than the good ol’ USA.” He then posted a second message with a direct threat to Ayatollah Khamenei, saying that Washington knows where Khamenei is “hiding” and could kill him, but is refraining from doing so for now. “We know exactly where the so-called ‘Supreme Leader’ is hiding. He is an easy target, but is safe there — We are not going to take him out (kill!), at least not for now,” Trump writes on Truth Social. “But we don’t want missiles shot at civilians, or American soldiers.
